Welcome to Apple Flower. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. We keep them in plain language.

Orders & payment

After you order, we confirm the flowers and delivery details. Payment is completed on the bank's secure page, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Natural variation of flowers

Fresh flowers are a natural product, and colours and sizes vary a little with the season and supply. If a flower is unavailable, we substitute it with one of equal value and similar style, and try to tell you beforehand.

Delivery

Please give us the correct recipient name, phone and address. A wrong address or phone, or an absent recipient, may result in an extra redelivery fee. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed on peak dates such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.

Cancellation & changes

To cancel or change an order, contact us at least [TBD: X days/hours] before the delivery date. Orders already in production or out for delivery may not be changeable.
