Can you deliver today?
Yes: within Melaka Tengah, order before 3PM and it arrives the same day, free of charge. After 3PM we confirm on WhatsApp whether we can still make it today. The date picker at checkout always shows the earliest possible day.
Where do you deliver?
Within the state of Malacca only. Melaka Tengah gets free same-day delivery; outskirts such as Jasin and Alor Gajah are next day; we do not deliver outside the state for now.
What if a flower is out of stock?
We substitute with same-value blooms at the same price. You will see and agree to this note at checkout.
Why do some items need pre-ordering?
Imported blooms follow seasons and flights, so items marked pre-order need 3 to 5 days of notice.
My budget does not match the listed prices.
WhatsApp us your budget and we will make something lovely within it. Small budgets welcome.
Does the blessing card cost extra?
No. Every order includes one. Write your message at checkout and we pen it on the card for you.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page: enter the phone number you ordered with plus your order number.
How do I pay?
After checkout you are taken to a secure bank page (FPX online banking). We never see or store your card details.
