Where does Apple Florist deliver?
Apple Florist delivers within the state of Melaka (Malacca) only. We do not deliver outside the state for now.
What time must I order for same-day flower delivery in Melaka?
Before 2PM. Within Melaka Tengah, order before 2PM and it arrives the same day, free of charge. After the cut-off Apple Florist confirms on WhatsApp whether we can still make it today. The date picker at checkout always shows the earliest possible day, so you will never pay first and find out later.
How much is delivery to the outskirts of Melaka?
RM30, delivered next day. Areas outside Melaka Tengah (such as Jasin, Alor Gajah, Merlimau, Sungai Udang, Bemban and similar) carry a RM30 delivery fee. We recommend you WhatsApp Apple Florist first to confirm the area and fee before ordering.
Do flower stand prices include delivery?
Yes. Apple Florist flower stand prices already include delivery within Melaka state, so no separate delivery fee applies.
How much notice do pre-order items need?
Three to five days. Imported blooms follow seasons and flights, so items marked pre-order need that much notice. Local seasonal flowers are far more flexible.
What happens if a flower I ordered is out of stock?
Apple Florist substitutes with same-value blooms at the same price. You will see and agree to this at checkout.
What happens if the recipient is not there when you deliver?
Apple Florist contacts the sender to arrange another time. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional fee.
Can you leave the flowers at the door?
We do not recommend it. Apple Florist advises against leaving flowers unattended (for example, at the door or a mailbox). If you ask us to do this, we are not responsible if the bouquet is damaged or goes missing as a result.
Who is responsible for delays or a refused delivery?
Apple Florist is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather, incomplete or incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If the recipient refuses the delivery, the sender remains responsible for the related costs.
