What we collect

What you give us at checkout: your name and phone, the recipient's name, phone and address, the delivery date, and your card message. When you browse the site, we also automatically receive some basic technical information (such as your browser and approximate network location) to keep the site running properly. That is all.

What we use it for

Only to fulfil your order: making, delivering, contacting you to confirm details, and letting you track your order with your phone number. We never sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing.

Payment details

Payment happens on the bank's secure payment page. We never see or store your banking or card details; our third-party payment provider handles transaction data under its own privacy policy.

Security

We take reasonable precautions, in line with common industry practice, to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

Want your data removed?

WhatsApp or contact us and we will delete your records, except transaction records the law requires us to keep.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates take effect once posted.
