Within the state of Melaka only. Melaka Tengah gets free same-day delivery; outer districts such as Jasin, Alor Gajah, Merlimau, Sungai Udang and Bemban are next day with a RM30 delivery fee; we do not deliver outside the state for now. Flower stand prices already include delivery.

Imported blooms follow seasons and flights, so items marked pre-order need 3 to 5 days of notice. Local seasonal flowers are far more flexible, and most items can go out the same day.

After checkout on appleflorist.my you are taken to a secure bank page (FPX online banking). We never see or store your card details. Orders arranged on WhatsApp can be paid by bank transfer.

Use the Track Order page on appleflorist.my: enter the phone number you ordered with plus your order number. Once delivered, the same page shows the hand-over photo for you to confirm.

The florist photographs the flowers at hand-over, and Apple Florist sends you a WhatsApp link to a page with the photo, the time and the recipient. If anything is wrong, tap "Something's not right" on that page and we sort it out.
