Welcome to Apple Florist. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. We keep them in plain language.

Orders

All orders are subject to flower availability. We reserve the right to cancel, amend or reject your order, in whole or in part, without liability or compensation, if a flower is out of stock, damaged, or otherwise unavailable.

Orders & payment

After you order, we confirm the flowers and delivery details. Payment is completed on the bank's secure payment page, which accepts online banking, credit/debit cards and common e-wallets. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude delivery charges.

Natural variation of flowers

Fresh flowers are a natural product, so the actual bouquet may vary slightly from photos, and colours and sizes vary a little with the season and supply. If a flower is unavailable, we substitute it with one of equal value and similar style, and try to tell you beforehand.

Delivery

Please give us the correct recipient name, phone and address. A wrong address or phone, or an absent recipient, may result in an extra redelivery fee — see our Delivery Info for details. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed on peak dates such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.

Cancellation & changes

To cancel or change an order, contact us at least 48 hours before the delivery time; we can reschedule your order, but confirmed orders are generally not refunded. Orders already in production or out for delivery can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or transport and infrastructure disruptions.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to decline orders, returns or refund requests that appear questionable or fraudulent. These terms may be updated from time to time without individual notice.
