We want every bouquet you receive to bring a smile. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will make it right.

Cancelling an order

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time. If you need to change the delivery date, contact us to reschedule instead — no cancellation fee applies. Same-day orders that have already gone into production can no longer be cancelled or changed.

If delivery fails because the address or phone number you provided was incorrect, this does not qualify for a cancellation or refund. We will verify the address with you, and redelivery may incur an additional fee.

If you collect the flowers yourself for later delivery, you are responsible for keeping them fresh — please do not leave the bouquet somewhere hot, humid, or in direct sun. We are not responsible for damage from improper storage, and no refund applies. We are also not responsible if the recipient refuses the delivery.

Flowers are a special product

Fresh flowers are a perishable, made-to-order product, so we generally cannot accept "change of mind" returns or exchanges. But if any of the situations below happen, we take responsibility.

When you can get a refund or redelivery

If the flowers arrive clearly damaged or wilted, or the wrong arrangement was sent, contact us on the day of delivery with a photo. Reports made after that day cannot be accepted. Once verified, we will arrange a redelivery or a refund.

If your order was not delivered at all, contact us and we will investigate immediately, then arrange a redelivery or refund as appropriate.

How refunds are made
