Apple's family grows and wholesales fresh flowers, so she grew up surrounded by them. At seventeen she already knew she wanted to be a florist. Her family asked her to finish a diploma first, so she did, in accounting. Then she went straight back to the flowers.
No fancy floristry academies. She learned the craft by working in flower shops, from the very first stem to full arrangements. Every bouquet here is tied by hands that earned it.
